The Fusion High Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a fast, high amplification efficiency and high-fidelity DNA polymerase. 5′ to 3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′ to 5′ exonuclease activity. It’s activity area fused polymeric enhanced area, the special structure promotes the fidelity and amplification efficiency greatly. The fidelity is 52 times of the general Taq Polymerase and 6 times. of the Pfu polymerase. The amplification speed is 15-30 sec/kb, reduce much of the reaction time. Especially applicable for the long DNA fragment clone, have a great advantage in >10kb. Fragment amplification, the amplification fragment can be as long as 20 kb. Do not have the “A” at the 3′ end, can be cloned in to the blunt end vectors. Applicable for the longer fragment amplification, genel cloning, site-specific mutagenesis and SNP and soon.
